On behalf of the Board of Directors of Lake Audubon Terrace Cluster Association (LATCA), we welcome you to community. Whether you have just moved in as a resident or tenant, or have lived here for many years, we are pleased to call you our neighbors.

Lake Audubon Terrace is located off of Lake Audubon in the city of Reston.Our community of 56 homes resides within Reston Association and is considered cluster housing. The town homes follow three distinct floor plans, with the homes located on the lake front, and along Glade Dr. The community is surrounded by lush trees and vegetation, and numerous walking paths and nature trails. Our cluster association owns and maintains cluster common property, makes rules and oversees the well-being of our community.

Our Cluster is managed through an elected Board of Directors and Capitol Property Management (a third-party management firm). We meet as a community in quarterly Board meetings and one Annual Meeting, held in November.

The purpose of the web site is to improve communications within the community and allow residents to quickly and easily find information about the happenings in our community.
